We just spent this last weekend up in Seattle going through an exhibit of the Dead Sea Scrolls at the Seattle Pacific Science Center. One of Ethan's professors is a Cambridge PhD and has studied the Dead Sea Scrolls in depth, so he took us on a "guided" tour. It was incredible to see these 2000 year old scrolls and learn about the culture and terrain that surrounded them. After the exhibit, we spent the day wandering around downtown Seattle. Ethan visited Pike's Place market for the first time, and we made sure to stop for a seafood lunch down by the pier. It was a quick, but fun trip!
